General manager – Adam Bramburger
Adam is entering his 14th season with the Raiders management team and his 13th as general manager. He is responsible for scouting and recruiting programs, the day-to-day operation of the hockey club, and liasing with the public, the league, and the OHA.
Prior to joining the team, he served as convener of the Empire B Junior C Hockey League for four years and reported on the league for the Napanee Beaver and Picton Gazette newspapers for six seasons.
Adam has served on the OHA committees studying the Canadian Development Model, the franchise encroachment policy, and the proposed merger of Junior C and D levels of hockey and has consulted on the organization’s best practices for media relations. He was a member of the steering committee that formed the Provincial Junior Hockey League and he is currently the chair of the PJHL Competition Committee.

Head coach – Ben Hagerman
Ben is entering his fourth year as head coach of the Raiders. He spent the past five seasons as head coach of the Quinte AAA Major Midget Red Devils. He also has experience coaching in the Napanee and Stirling minor hockey systems. In four years impacted by COVID-19, Ben has led the Raiders to a Tod Division regular season championship in 2019-2020 and a Tod Division championship in 2021-2022. He is a certified High P
During his playing career, Ben skated with the Raiders for five seasons, serving as the team’s captain in 2007-2008. He was known as a hard-working, two-way player who never took a shift off and was a top-six scoring forward.
Ben is a Trent University graduate who works as economic development and communications director for the Municipality of Brighton. He lives in Napanee with his wife and his two sons.

Assistant coach – Chris Brown
Chris is entering his fourth season on the Raiders coaching staff. Prior to joining the team, he served as an assistant coach with the Quinte AAA Major Midget Red Devils. He coaches the defence and the power play.
During his playing career, Chris skated for the Raiders as a 16 year old in 2004-2005. He played the next four seasons with the Junior A Wellington Dukes, becoming a fan favourite with his hard work and skilled player. He was captain of the Dukes his final two years. Following his junior career, Chris played four seasons with the NCAA Oswego State Lakers.
Following his graduation, the Centreville native returned home to Napanee where he currently works for the Town of Greater Napanee as the facilities manager. He lives in Stone Mills with his wife, son and daugh
Trainer/physiotherapist – Caitlin McCuaig
Caitlin joined the Raiders’ training staff in 2018-2019 after spending the previous three seasons as head trainer of the Port Hope Panthers. She also previously served as the Panthers’ assistant general manager. She has been on the Raider bench for five seasons, winning a Schmalz Cup in 2019 and a Tod Division title in 2022. She was also named the PJHL’s Trainer of the Year following the 2021-2022 season.
A registered physiotherapist educated at the University of Toronto, Caitlin practices regularly at Napanee Physiotherapy. She also possesses a special sport certification and has worked with numerous competitive clubs, including the Oshawa Vikings and Skate Canada.
A dedicated and enthusiastic team member, Caitlin rarely misses any function. She is instrumental in offering dry land fitness and nutrition coaching to the Raiders.
Caitlin lives in Frankford.
Trainer – Roddy Todd
Roddy is entering his 10th season with the Raiders training staff. He has also spent the last four years serving on the club’s executive. Previously, Roddy spent five years as trainer of the Amherstview Jets.
Roddy is a longtime veteran firefighter, first responder and fire department trainer in Loyalist Township.
He lives in Amherstview.
Equipment manager – Curtis Brandt
Curtis is in his fourth season with the Raiders. He spent the previous five seasons with the Quinte Red Devils Major Midget AAA program.
A former goaltender, Curtis played as an affiliate in Napanee and Campbellford.
He lives with his wife and son in Stirling.
Assistant manager – Scott Sharp
Scott is in his first season with the Raiders organization. He co-ordinates the Raiders game-night video and is also heavily involved in scouting.
A former player in the Empire league with the Campbellford Rebels, he spent the past five seasons on the bench with the Quinte Red Devils AAA Major Midget program.
He lives in Hoard’s Station.
